Hearty Tempeh and Potatoes

Tonight's feast: Marinaded tempeh, baked potatoes, and kale*

This is what Peggy and I made tonight. Cajun spice, red-wine marinade tempeh, baked potatoes, and slightly too salty sauteed kale. It's so cold outside. This plus some Chianti helped.


*My overpriced camera doesn't do this meal justice.
